I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?
We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

As of right now, we're only accepting PayPal Checkout as our source of payment. Due to the fact that there are numerous amounts of fraudulent activity. If you're not an active PayPal Account user, you're still able to purchase through PayPal without a active account. When purchasing and PayPal prompts you to sign in you'll see a link that says "Use Debit/Credit Card" using this link will allow you to checkout without an account.

 

How much does shipping cost?

$35 for 2 day express shipping For Footwear Domestic U.S.

Free shipping on US orders over $99 (Apparel Only)

$30 for shipping to Canada (Apparel Only)

$50 for international shipping (both Apparel & Footwear)

$20 for international shipping on orders over $250 (Apparel Only)

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We do ship to confirmed P.O. boxes only.

What are pre-orders and how does it work?

A Pre-Order is an order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. Your card will be charged the full amount of the purchase. Once your item is obtained you'll be updated thru out the process via email notification.

If somehow, your item is not obtained you will receive a full refund.

 

Pre-Orders CANNOT BE CANCELED.

 

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. Please, before contacting us check your spam. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please contact us to make sure your order went through.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing (there's an extra fee for Express Processing) and shipment. Also an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. International orders take 3-6 days to arrive. Express 2 day shipping orders will be processed in 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

 

When are particular items released?

Most of our items do not have set release dates unless stated otherwise via social media or newsletters. Please sign up for the Crush 1976™ newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.

 

Do you guys re-stock your inventory?

On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

 

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

All sales are final, however returns will be honored up to 7 days from when the product was received only with Crush 1976™ // Dope Evolution™ Branding. Upon return, of which shipping costs are not applicable, and no refunds are accepted. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. 

Footwear that is not of Crush 1976™ // Dope Evolution™ Branding does not apply.

Note that the 7 day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, so express shipping will not be necessary.

 

My shipping address is different from my billing address, why is my transaction declined?

If the customer's billing address is not the same as the requested shipping address, the order will be cancelled without exception. *We are not responsible for envelopes lost to/from our office.

 

Declined credit card?

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days. For a more accurate timeline we suggest contacting your bank, as they are the ones responsible for clearing those charges.

 

Can I return my order to Dope Evolution™ physical location?

Unfortunately, our physical location cannot accept returns for purchases made with www.dopeevolution.com at the moment. Products purchased online must be shipped to our P.O. Box at the following address:
